Our Erasmus + Staff Exchange within Aurora at Copenhagen Business School was incredibly enriching. We gained valuable insights into HR practices, including the implementation of SAP Success Factors and flexible working conditions such as home office and flexitime. The strong support for managers and the comprehensive DEI strategy were particularly impressive. We are grateful to our university and supervisors for making this experience possible, and the knowledge we gained will help us optimize our HR work with innovative approaches.
