Renata Santiago-Walser is a PhD student and works as a research assistant at the Department of Information Systems, Production and Logistics Management at the University of Innsbruck. She holds a bachelor’s degree in administration from the University of Pernambuco (Brazil) and a master’s degree in information systems from the University of Innsbruck. Her research focuses on the mitigation of negative consequences of IS, such as smartphone overuse, as well as algorithmic management, digital nudging and crowdsourcing. Her work has been published in the AIS THCI journal, and in the IS conferences ICIS, ECIS, AMCIS, and HICSS.
