The aim is the planning, energy-economic optimisation, construction and monitoring of the costs, comfort and energy performance of two smaller multi-family houses in the Südtiroler-Siedlung Bludenz, which have been renovated in a socially acceptable and climate target-compatible manner.

As a result, two model buildings are expected to be refurbished to a climate target-compatible energy level and rentable at socially acceptable warm rents, from which the refurbishment concept for the entire estate can be derived.
