The uWIN – Weapon Reliability Assessment and Supervision – is aimed at psychologists in Austria who would like to undergo subject-specific further training in accordance with the provisions of the 1st Weapon Reliability Ordinance and want to take part in the annually prescribed supervision.

Qualification profile
- The seminar provides up-to-date and practical knowledge on the topics of aggression theories, violence prevention, de-escalation and “self-defense” as well as conflict analysis.
- It clears up dangerous misunderstandings and expands the scope of thought and options for action with scientifically sound findings.
- Supervision: Increasing your own safety during assessments and information on the current legal situation

Target Group
- Psychologists in Austria listed by the Ministry of the Interior who are authorised to prepare expert assessment reports on weapon reliability.
- The training is also open to participants in general who are interested in the topics of violence prevention and de-escalation.

Requirements
People who meet the criteria of the target group can participate in the seminar.
