Research Projects
The Unit of Energy Efficient Building is dedicated to interdisciplinary projects that develop forward-looking solutions for sustainable energy use and a liveable built environment. From efficient heat pumps, energy storage systems and heating networks to the optimisation of buildings, neighbourhoods and renovations to building physics, lighting, ventilation and air quality: we conduct research at the interfaces of technology, architecture and the environment. Using digital methods and innovative teaching materials, we actively contribute to the energy transition and the shaping of an energy-efficient society.
