GetFit4MentalHealth
You will acquire the basics of mental health and illness for children and adolescents. You will study the development and course of various symptom complexes, psychological stress and risk factors, as well as protective factors, and learn about available support services. A critical examination promotes the destigmatization of mental illnesses. Additionally, methods for stress resilience and emotion regulation will be taught.
