The Innsbruck Doctoral College considers itself to be an academic discursive space for highly qualified academics. It offers research-oriented, curricularly embedded and coordinated supervision of the dissertation, interdisciplinary exchange and access to international networks. As a fellow student, you also have access to funding for research trips and events (e.g. summer schools, methodology workshops, etc.), libraries and digital infrastructure. After enrolment in the PhD programme, you can also apply for a grant from the University of Innsbruck's Junior Researcher Grant Programme. You are expected to actively participate in events, courses and guest lectures of the programme, and to regularly discuss the state of your dissertation with colleagues and faculty. We are looking forward to your application.
