Would you like to publish an online advertisement in the internship and job portal of the University of Innsbruck? Here you will find an overview of our regular prices:

If you order three or more advertisements at the same time, you will receive a free contribution to our Career Service Newsletter, which is published monthly.
Special conditions apply for orders of five or more advertisements. We will be happy to send you these on request:career-service@uibk.ac.at.
An advertisement is always valid for a period of 30 days, i.e. if you want a period of 60 days, you must purchase two advertisements.
Examples:
An advertisement for 30 days costs € 180 excl. VAT.
Two advertisements for 30 days or one advertisement for 60 days cost 2 x 180 €, i.e. 360 € excluding VAT.
All job offers that require a current or completed degree at a university or university of applied sciences can be published. You can choose the duration yourself. Of course, you also have the option of republishing job offers after the booked duration has expired.

The university does not have a company register number and is entered in the supplementary register for other interested parties.

Overview of services
Employer profile
- Free registration of the user and employer profile
- Visualization of your employer profile incl. company logo of your advertisement
- Independent administration of your advertisements and your employer profile
- Option to insert PDF files in the respective advertisements as well as direct links to your career website
Publication of internships
- Free publication of internships at fair and qualified conditions (At least Matura level and NO completed Master's programme)
- Duration job ad: max. 12 months
- Duration of employment: max. 6 months
- The publication of internships does NOT include trainee positions/programmes
In 2016, the members of “Career Services Austria” agreed on the following additional criteria for the placement of fair and qualified internships:
- Written contract as documentation of the legal relationship
- Study-appropriate content and areas of responsibility
- Appropriate compensation or payment (expressly supports the requirements of the Wage and Social Dumping Prevention Act in its current version)
- Person in the company who is the contact person and provides feedback Issuance of a qualified reference upon completion of the internship
Publication of job advertisements
- The job offer must require a current or completed course of study at a university or university of applied sciences
- Publication of an advertisement for the selected duration (30 days, 60 days, 90 days or more)
- Free publication of a newsletter article in one of the Career Service newsletters from a purchase of 5 advertisements

Newsletter article
If you order three advertisements at the same time, you will receive a free contribution to our Career Service Newsletter, which is published monthly.
The articles you submit for the newsletter can be written by you in an editorial style and include topics such as job profiles, internship or trainee programs, mentoring programs or projects. We will be happy to help you select the topics.
The newsletter or social media post published by the Career Service does not currently represent an advertising opportunity in the commercial sense. The newsletter is used with a predominant, concrete purpose for the public relations work and follow-up reporting of the University of Innsbruck and is therefore offered free of charge in addition to the fee-based formats. There is no legal claim.
