The aim is the planning, energy-economic optimisation, construction and monitoring of the costs, comfort and energy performance of two socially acceptable and climate target-compatible refurbished smaller apartment buildings in the South Tyrolean settlement of Bludenz.
As a result, two model buildings are expected to be refurbished to a climate target-compatible energy level and rentable at socially acceptable warm rents, from which the refurbishment concept for the entire estate can be derived.
