Anna Dominika Rogowitz – Universität Innsbruck

Anna Dominika Rogowitz

Research interests

  • Structural Geology, predominantly the rheological and deformation behaviour of the lithosphere and strain localization processes.
  • Tectonics, particularly the tectono-metamorphic evolution of the Eastern Alps.
  • Interplay of chemical and mechanical processes across scales, influence of crystal plastic deformation on element mobility and reaction induced strain weakening/hardening.
  • Fluid-rock interaction, dissolution-precipitation induced mineral replacement structures.
