Workshop A - 2 Days (Monday & Tuesday)

Topic: Measurement approaches to exploring survey ratings and rater effects

Prerequisite requirements:

To benefit from this workshop, participants should have the following prerequisite skills:

  • A basic familiarity with Rasch or IRT models and their uses (a sophisticated mathematical understanding is not required)
  • A basic familiarity with the R software program, including R Studio (e.g., ability to open and run pre-written code and examine the results following an example)

Topic: Generative AI for content generation and automated scoring: no-code and low-code solutions

Target group:

This workshop will be suitable for participants who have played with ChatGPT but who want to take their usage to a more professional level, and who have little or no experience of using Python or APIs. In advance of the workshop, participants will be expected to set up an account and payment method for OpenAI’s API access (instructions will be provided).
