Information Evening and Open House:

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are pleased to once again host an information evening and an open house for university students and staff who would like their children to be cared for in the "SpielRäume" (flexible childcare facility at the University of Innsbruck) next semester:

Information Evening on Friday, September 20, 2024:

At this event, you will receive all the important information about the facility and the adaptation period for your child(ren). You can also register your child(ren) for SpielRäume and schedule adaptation appointments.

When? We will start the approximately one-hour introduction at 5:00 PM. Afterward, there will be plenty of time for open questions, exchange, and getting to know each other.
Where? Room 4U102a, Campus Innrain / Innrain 52d / U1 / Geiwi Tower.

Open House on Monday, September 23, 2024:

You are invited to visit the facility with your children and meet some of the staff. If you are unable to attend the information evening, you will also have the opportunity to receive information and register during the open house.

When? In the morning from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM and in the afternoon from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
Where? Our location is Innrain 52b (wooden building next to the parking lot behind the main university building).

Please kindly register by email at (spielraeume@uibk.ac.at) and let us know whether you plan to attend both events or just one. Additionally, please provide your child(ren)'s name(s) and date(s) of birth, along with a phone number where you can be easily reached. If you already know the childcare times you will need for the fall, feel free to share this with us as well. Thank you!

from October 2024 we have new opening hours.
The opening hours are as follows:

Monday till Thursday:
08.00 a.m. - 01.00 p.m. and 02.00 p.m. - 05.00 p.m.

Friday:
08:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

The latest activities

There was a lot going in the summer. The children had adventures, dealt with the topics of water, the universe and our earth, learned a lot about professions and Tyrol, and always had fun und activities.
