Abstract

This talk will be about bioinformatic methods to improve and refine the quality of metagenome-assembled genomes (MAG) of the “Halophile Sequencing Project” and about a comparison of a modern metagenomic binner (Vamb) with another one. Furthermore, it will focus on an investigation of a possible correlation with metadata and an analysis of the MAG collection.
