Registration for courses and course examinations - special regulations for incoming Erasmus students
Erasmus incoming students at the Faculty of Technical Sciences are generally accepted by the Department of Studies into the Bachelor's degree programme in Civil and Environmental Engineering (study code 264) or Mechatronics (study code 281). When registering online for courses (LV) and course examinations for the master's degree programme, they are rejected by the registration system due to the incompatible study code.
However, Erasmus incomings are entitled to participate in courses of the master's degree programme in Civil and Environmental Engineering or Mechatronics and to take examinations, even if they do not have an equivalent degree in the Bachelor's degree programme in Civil and Environmental Engineering or Mechatronics, as the sending university confirms in accordance with the Learning Agreement that they have the relevant previous education to attend the respective course.
The lecturers of the departments or the heads of the relevant courses are requested to register Erasmus incoming students for the relevant courses and admit them to the course examinations on presentation of the Learning Agreement.
Registration for a lecture (non-examination-based course) must be completed by the end of the grace period (winter semester: 30 November; summer semester: 30 April) at the latest and registration for an examination-based course (UE, VU, SE, etc.) must be completed before the first assessment (written examination, seminar presentation, etc.) but by the end of the grace period at the latest
