Aktuelle Forschung

Ich beschäftige mich mit Evolution und Entwicklung, Morphologie, Taxonomie und Phylogenie von Plattwürmern. Dabei bediene ich mich licht- und elektronenmikroskopischer, molekularer und bioinformatorischer Methoden.

Ich leite die Arbeitsgruppe Regeneration, bin Beauftragter für Hochleistungsrechnen (HPC) am Institut für Zoologie und Studienkoordinator für das Masterstudium Zoologie.
