Who are we?
We are a group of committed and interested employees who are members or substitute members of the Works Council for general staff on various lists (Team Erwin Vones, fairplay, mehr*wert). By joining forces, we are creating an even larger network for the Senate elections across all areas of the administrative and service facilities and are pooling our strengths for the benefit of employees in general staff.
We only have this one vote in the Senate - we want to use it together!

1 Uwe Steger
Uwe Steger has worked at our university since 1994 and heads the Public Relations Office.
"I am running for the Senate because I want to contribute my experience, my good knowledge of our university and my internal and external network in the interests of all employees and will represent the concerns, opinions and wishes of the general staff clearly, competently and prudently!"

2 Andrea Maddaluno
Andrea Maddaluno has been working at the University of Innsbruck since 2003 and is a coordinator at the College Service Centre Technikerstraße 17 and in the Office for South Tyrolean Affairs.
"I am running for the Senate because I mainly deal with teaching and study matters in my job and would like to contribute my knowledge and the views of the administration to the Senate and the relevant working groups."

3 Jasminka Kapferer
Jasminka Kapferer has been working at the University of Innsbruck since 2004 and is part of the College Service Centre.
"It's important to me to keep teaching high quality and student-friendly. That's why I focus on clear communication, prompt information transfer and early coordination with the departments."

4 Irina Liepert
Irina Liepert has been working at the University of Innsbruck since 2006 and is the coordinator of the examination departments.
"I am running for the Senate in order to play an active role in shaping decisions in the area of teaching and study matters."

5 Erwin Vones
Erwin Vones has worked at our university since 1989 and is currently Betriebsratsvorsitzender.
"The general staff need a committed, honest and courageous voice in the Senate. This is guaranteed with our top candidate Uwe Steger, who will speak plain language in the Senate. The klartext list is a symbol of good cooperation across borders for the benefit of our employees and thus a guarantee for the goals and successes of our university. "

6 Erika Landers
Erika Landers has been at the University of Innsbruck since 1985 and works at the College Service Centre.
"I am running for the Senate because it is important that our concerns are represented by a team in which teamwork is guaranteed. Our Senate representatives have shown great commitment and teamwork during the last term of office, which is why I am happy to stand for another term."

7 Birgit Rosendahl
Birgit Rosendahl has been working at the University of Innsbruck since 1997 and has been working at zid since 1999.
"I am involved in the klartext list because I want to contribute my knowledge and experience to the work of the Senate. Working as part of a team and fair communication on an equal footing are particularly important to me in order to represent the general staff in the best possible way."

8 Otto Defranceschi
Otto Defranceschi has worked at the University of Innsbruck since 2001 and has been employed by the Service Unit for Health and Safety as a safety specialist and fire safety officer since 2015.
"The klartext list can advocate for the interests of general staff in the Senate with commitment and sound knowledge. I support this list with a good feeling and the knowledge of being represented in the best possible way."

9 Christian Flatz
Christian Flatz has been part of the Public Relations Office team since 2010 and is responsible for communications.
"It is important to me that all members of the university work together on the success of our alma mater. This also includes working in the Senate, which makes key decisions for the university and is an important body for exchanging opinions."

10 Martin Leitner
Martin Leitner has worked in the Public Relations Office since 2006 and is head of the operational event service.
"klartext is a project that emerged from the three lists of the Works Council General Staff who currently chair the Works Council. At the top are candidates who will represent us worthily with their experience and commitment.
That's why I support the klartextlist."

11 Robert Rebitsch
Robert Rebitsch has worked in the Office for Scientific Integrity since 2024.
"I am running for klartext because I think that our top candidate Uwe Steger can represent the general staff in the Senate well."

12 Alexander Gröger
Alexander Gröger has been working at the university since 2009 and is a consultant at the Department of Teacher Education and School Research.
"Making different perspectives visible in close dialogue with colleagues and jointly contributing to the further development of the university is a key concern for me. That's why I support klartext."

13 Lothar Gamper
Lothar Gamper has worked at Legal Services since 2009.
"I support klartext because the participation and cooperation of all university members is a prerequisite for a successful university."
