If you don't have a ConfTool account yet, please create one by following the system's instructions.
Registration Fee

The conference fees include: conference booklet, access to abstracts and conference proceedings, attendance to all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, lunches and the social program, including the conference dinner.
Rules and Cancelation Policy
- Presenting authors mast have a paid registration by April 30, 2025 in order to ensure inclusion in the program and abstract publication.
- For non-presenting authors, the registration fee must be paid before the start of the conference and received by the organizers.
- Currency exchange charges and bank collection fees are the responsibility of the sender.
- Student Fees: Student rate attendees must send an e-mail to multibody2025@uibk.ac.at with a letter from their Department Head/Chair stating that the attendee is a full-time student.

Cancellation Policy: If a request is received by e-mail to multibody2025@uibk.ac.at by May 20, 2025, the registration fee will be refunded with a cancellation fee of 100 EUR. No refunds will be made after this date.
