Supplementary Examination

University Preparation Programme for Supplementary Examinations

Attendance of this University Programme requires an application for a degree study programme at the University of Innsbruck. This university programme aims at preparing for the supplementary examination in German. This examination is stipulated because of the present German language skills (Letter of acceptance / "Mitteilung by the Admission Department).

Please note the following steps for admission to the university Programme.

Application for admission at the University of Innsbruck (online) - Admission Department

1.  Online application for admission to a degree study programme(Bachelor's,Master's,PhD:https://www.uibk.ac.at/de/studien/) incl. application documents and proof of A2 language proficiency (or higher) to the   Admission Department.
 

2. Examination of the application by the Admission Department 

3. Receipt of the notification (Letter of acceptance / "Mitteilung") with the stipulation of supplementary examination(s)

Enrolment and payment of the university programme (online) - Continuing Education

4. Online-registration for the university programme und payment (980.00 EUR / semester excl. ÖH-fee*)

5. After receiving payment -> downloading a payment confirmation is possible

Admission to the University of Innsbruck (in person) - Admission Department

6. Enrolment as non-degree student at the University of Innsbruck at the Admission Department

7. Receipt of the student ID card and access data for the student account

8. Payment of the ÖH-fee on site at the terminal or by online banking

 *Austrian student union fee
