Thesis Awards – Universität Innsbruck

Thesis Awards

Each year, the research area Scientific Computing awards a prize for an excellent master’s thesis and a PhD thesis in the field of scientific computing with a focus on high performance computing, and preferably with a highly interdisciplinary orientation. The award goes to a

  • master's thesis (EUR 500)
  • doctoral thesis (EUR 1000)

at the University of Innsbruck and is relevant for the research area Scientific Computing (e.g. in terms of computational engineering, computer science or high performance computing). Currently the submissions for the thesis awards 2024 are under evaluation. Next call will be 2025.
