Hypo-Tirol Dissertation award – Universität Innsbruck
Ten outstanding theses from eight departments are honored with the Dissertation award by the Hypo Tirol bank. That was, for the faculty of earth and atmosphere science Paul Töchterle, BSc MSc PhD, from the institute of geology with his thesis: Permafrost Response to Rapid Climate Change during the Last Glacial Period
Application was possible for graduates that finished their thesis in 2023 with an excellent result.
Science vice principal Gregor Weihs, board member of the Hypo Tirol bank AG Alexander Weiß and office manager from the university clinic/Technic/Wilten Daniel Senn congratulated the scientists and handed over the 2000€ award to each of them.
